Ndurumo Market

Callohan partnered with Novalit Solar Africa to bring reliable, off-grid lighting to Ndurumo Center using our ZR Series integrated solar street lights. Mounted on 12–15m high masts, the three units were strategically positioned to maximize coverage across the area, providing strong, consistent illumination for the surrounding community and roadways.

The ZR Series was selected for its extended battery backup, ensuring dependable lighting through cloudy and rainy periods without relying on grid power — a critical factor for a center serving a wide catchment area with minimal existing infrastructure. Since installation, the lights have delivered consistent night-time visibility and security for residents and road users passing through Ndurumo Center.

Operational Field Deployment

City Lighters partnered with Novalit Solar Africa to improve road safety and visibility along a 3km stretch in Sipili using our TR Series solar street lights. The modular panel and battery configuration made the TR Series a practical fit for the road's layout, delivering steady illumination without any dependence on grid power.

Since installation in 2023, the lights have continued to provide reliable night-time lighting for road users and the surrounding community, requiring minimal maintenance thanks to the TR Series' durable, weather-resistant housing.
